Premier Resorts & Management, Inc. (PRM) is a privately held company founded by Ishwar Naran in 1994, and is based in Daytona Beach, FL. PRM is an asset management company whose primary focus is in the hospitality industry. We offer our clients a variety of services, including property acquisition, development, and management. Our goal is to maximize profits and create asset value. We do this with conservative investment models and an understanding that hospitality management requires strong leadership skills, empowered employees, and that no facet of the business is more or less important than another. The properties in our portfolio, past and present, have consistently outperformed others in their market segments thanks to our dedicated team of property managers, sales directors, and above property managers.
