Process Instruments & Controls

Process Instruments & Controls, LLC was originally founded in 1988 as a manufactures representative for Central California. Based out of Bakersfield we serve a radius of 150 miles. With over 100 years of combined experience and expertise in our organization we provide "Application Knowledge and Solutions" for our customers. We serve a customer base of oil production and refining, food & beverage, mining, water and waste water. We specialize in high quality process instrumentation, valves and control valves. Representing major manufactures such as GE Masoneilan Products, Jogler, Forum PBV Union Tech, Rotork, Triac, Turck Process Wiring, Allied Controls, and AST. Over the past 17 years, we have developed a solutions based service side of the business. Due to challenges from our oil producing accounts for accurate well testing, we developed a Well Test Validation System that has lead us into the portable well testing side of the business. Working along side Accuflow, Inc we are licensed to use their patented two phase horizontal well test design. The system is trailer mounted and PLC based. We provide one to three hour well tests (or longer) utilizing proportional to flow isokinetic positive displacement sampling, coriolis mass flow measurement and static mixers. The results are determined on site and entered into the PLC where they are stored in a historical file for retrieval or transmitting by radio.
