Due to its consistently excellent overall performance since its opening in 1997, Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd was officially appointed by Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SUDC) to manage its building in the district of Tawau, Sabah as Promenade Hotel Tawau, Sabah in Year 2009; launched its first international venture with the opening of Promenade Hotel Fujian in the P.
