On share registers we help companies return lost assets to keep their share register up-to-date and to ensure that their shareholders receive the assets they're entitled to. This assists the shareholder but also helps the company reduce costs of maintaining their register. For example, the company will not be mailing Annual Reports to addresses that are no longer used by their shareholders. Because of the nature of the work involved in this service, there is a fee to cover the costs incurred as a result of tracing and contacting individuals. This fee, where applicable, is deducted from the total proceeds due to you at the end of the claim process. We shall never ask for any payment from you directly.
