Founded in 2019, Prospero is a home-based medical care provider that empowers people facing serious illness to remain safely at home. Our physician-led care teams provide both in-person and virtual care at scheduled appointments and when unexpected needs arise-day or night. Prospero&s;s multi-disciplinary teams of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and social workers meet people in the home to learn their story, understand how they want the next chapters of life to look, and build trust.
