PROTON-ELECTROTEX is financially independent company and one of the Russian leaders in development, production of power semiconductor diodes, thyristors, modules, heatsinks to them and as well power units for application in different electric energy converters. The main Goal of our company is to provide customers on modern and reliable products. PROTON-ELECTROTEX was founded in 1996 and started manufacturing of its products using rented areas and equipment of the factory Proton. In a few months we were able to start supplying our first own products to the customers. Nowadays PROTON-ELECTROTEX has its own facilities and equipment to support full production cycle. The production area is equipped by modern technological lines and measuring equipment. PROTON-ELECTROTEX has necessary "clean rooms" which corresponds to the requirements electronic and microelectronic industry. The Head office and main production areas of the Company are situated in the city of Orel, which is 360 km South from Moscow. In 2010 in Moscow the Research and Development Center was founded. The main aim of Center's specialists is to develop principally new devices and technologies which are highly required. The main products of the Company are rectifier, avalanche, fast diodes, PCT and fast thyristors which are produced in stud, disk and module design. Hounsingless and in ceramic welding diodes becomes more and more popular among customers. Main advantages of this diodes are high load capabilities and low static losses. All of the devices of PROTON-ELECTROTEX are the press pack devices. Press pack construction allows have longer life time in comparison with the soldering construction. The production of semiconductor elements is based on two technologies - alloying technology and more advanced sintering technology - a low temperature sintering of semiconductor element with molybdenum disk using silver paste. All the devices produced by the PROTON-ELECTROTEX can be mounted on air cooling heatsinks according to the requirement of the customer. By request of the customer we can develop and produce power units for different application based on semiconductor devices. Units can consist of the cooling system (both air and water types), protection system and control system. Being the exclusive representative of the GvA Leistungselektronik GmbH (Germany) in Russia and CIS countries, PROTON-ELECTROTEX offers the finished complex solutions for production on three phase invertors which allows to realize different project of power electronics. The new flexible modular electric power inverter systems VARIS™ meet all requirements of the customers to the safety, compact design and different modifications.
