PS2 Inc. was founded by Peter Schmit and Peter Short in order to satisfy the need for a conscientious commercial painting contractor in Southern California. We have been working in the industry for over 50 years combined and understand the concerns which owners and managers have in regards to the completion of painting projects. We always approach potential projects with our clients objectives in mind which makes PS2, Inc. the preferred vendor with our current customers. We have evolved our business to include all facets of construction with company personnel to perform the work. PS2 Inc. has completed numerous projects throughout the Western U.S. and will work in Northern and Southern California regularly. Besides general painting, we work on projects that include waterproofing, deck coatings, floor coatings, parking garage graphics, caulking (wet glazing, panel joints, and metal to any surface applications), construction work, stucco work, plumbing, electrical, and aluminum rain gutter installation. We have a B-1 (General Building) License as well as C-33 (Painting and Decorating) and C-10 (Electrical) Licenses with an excellent work safety program and history. We keep our overhead to the bare minimum so that we can be competitive in any situation where needed without sacrificing quality or service.
