Property & Technical Services Ltd. (PTS) is a registered limited liability company in Jamaica for over twenty (20) years. PTS was incorporated under the companies' act of Jamaica in February 1988 with certificate #32127. PTS is primarily involved with providing and co-coordinating the services of professionals in the Building and Construction Industry and in particular provides Civil & Electrical Engineering, Environmental Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, Project Management and Building Construction Services. Since our establishment, the firm has acquired broad experiences and expertise in the field of Civil, Environmental and Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, Land Surveying, Project Management and Cellular site development. To support its basic engineering capacity, the firm has its own in-house services in the discipline of Structural and Environmental Engineering, Architectural, Land Surveying, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Project Management. The field Support Services of PTS includes Engineers, Technicians, Property Consultants, Land Surveyors and Construction Crew of approximately eighty five (85) Artisans and tradesmen. Within the engineering disciplines, primary emphasis is placed on planning, designs, preparation of surveys and plans, project management and construction execution. Our activities in the industry have caused us to work in all fourteen (14) parishes of Jamaica and we are therefore easily mobilized to undertake Projects Island wide. Property & Technical Services Limited extended its services and have recently worked in an advisory capacity in Panama and has registered Property & Technical Services Network Ltd. in Costa Rica. Property & Technical Services Ltd. (PTS) provides developmental and implementation services to the construction industry with some emphasis on wireless carriers and is hereby offering its services in the area of cellular site development and associated "works" to other Caribbean and Central American interest with the hope that the benefits we offer will prove advantageous and pivotal to the development and advancement of the technology revolution. As one of the pioneer companies involved in the development of cellular sites in Jamaica, and having been directly involved with the construction of over two hundred & eighty (280) sites include associated works throughout the island.
