Public Partnerships

Since 1999, PPL has designed, implemented, and managed participant-directed programs that currently operate in 21 states and the District of Columbia for more than 40 public agencies that serve more than 38,000 participants with a wide range of disabilities. PPL manages $500 million in participant budgets, providing payroll services for more than 37,000 employees. Our programs can be statewide, regional, or county-based.
