PUTIEN was founded in 2000 by Mr Fong Chi Chung, a businessman turned restaurateur who almost singlehandedly pioneered the popularity of Putian City's native Heng Hwa cuisine in Singapore. Voted as a top 50 restaurant by local foodies, PUTIEN made waves in the F&B industry with its signature delicacies focused on light, refreshing and original tastes, as well as having a distinguished brand identity that resonates with all stakeholders. Our vision and mission binds us to a holistic impetus of quality excellence, impeccable service standards and world-class innovation. We endeavour to stamp PUTIEN's emblem of success on an international scale, and have already ventured forward into Southeast-Asia with our distinctive offerings. In a span of 5 years, PUTIEN grew from 2 outlets and under 40 employees to a total of 10 outlets and over 230 employees across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia - all under the one and only successful Putian Heng Hwa cuisine restaurant brand in Singapore.
