Dependent on the needs of your business, your designated Account Manager will organize either a weekly or monthly visit to your premises and will be the contact point between our various departments on a daily basis, ensuring you receive an efficient service. If you ever need to make a claim, our Claims Manager and his team will deal with it in-house and liaise with your team via your assigned Account Manager accordingly - They will work closely with your team to ensure the claims experience is dealt with fairly and promptly. We offer all clients of PYI an annual review of their portfolio to ensure that their policy terms and conditions are consistently in line with their evolving business activities and associated exposure. Risk Management, Claims Management and General Insurance consultancy are all services that clients of PYI are able to avail during their policy placement period.
