QA Weld Tech Ltd is an Integrated Welding and Engineering company based in Middlesbrough, UK and now in Pindamonhangaba, Sao Paulo State, Brazil. The company operates a clean condition fabrication facility dedicated to computer controlled hot wire TIG cladding and welding of UNS 32760 & 31803 Duplex Stainless Steels and has developed over 650 fully approved welding procedures. With a staff of fully qualified welding engineers, metallurgists, coded welders and experienced fabricators, we can apply an extensive range of processes and procedures on materials ranging from carbon steel and AISI 4130 through to Duplex Stainless Steel, Kunifer and high nickel alloys such as Inconel 625 & 825. Our expertise in the turnkey fabrication of subsea spools engineered for extremes of pressure and temperature has been developed over 35 years of being involved in many of the major projects in the North Sea and around the World.
