Our expertise spans mobile, consumer electronics, robotics, enterprise and machine vision ... always with a creative bent. CEO Jason Van Anden invented "I'm Getting Arrested" in 2011 to help Occupy Wall Street demonstrators alert loved ones in the event they were arrested. In 2012 "Stop and Frisk Watch" was created to help the New York Civil Liberties Union document the New York Police Department's policy of racial profiling. Quadrant 2 has continued to innovate the Apptivist space with the "Mobile Justice" series of police video bystander apps released for the ACLU in 2014 following the events in Ferguson, Missouri.
