Quaint Oak Bank

Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation formed for the purpose of implementing the conversion of Quaint Oak Bank and offering of Quaint Oak Bancorp common stock completed in July 2007. Quaint Oak Bancorp owns all of the outstanding common stock of Quaint Oak Bank, and does not currently engage in other business activities.
