Radevski Coolstores is a direct supplier of Coles Supermarkets Australia and markets produce to the wholesale markets along the Australian Eastern seaboard under its Radevski Pears and Radevski Apples brands. It also exports to produce to SE Asian and Pacific Island supermarkets. Rigorous quality control procedures ensure that the fruit processed at Radevski Coolstores is of the highest quality. The grading process is enhanced by the latest computerized grading equipment. Radevski Coolstores has the ability to pack fruit into bulk plastic crates, cartons, punnets, bags and cardboard hat bins. Each piece of fruit is visually assessed by staff and rejected if size, shape or appearance done not meet our quality standards. Fruit is cooled in a state of the art Refrigeration and Controlled Atmosphere facility with the capacity of 20,000 bins of storage. Radevski Coolstores maintains Food Safety & Quality Certification and Environmental Certification through Fresh Care 3rd edition. This means that we have demonstrated that our on-farm practices and procedures provide an assurance that our produce is safe to eat, has been prepared to customer specifications, legislative requirements and has been grown with care for the environment.
