Radius Housing

"Radius Housing develops homes throughout Northern Ireland, commencing, on average, around 400 new homes a year which contributed over £50m per year to the construction industry and helps sustain many jobs within the building industry." The breakfast showcase highlighted different development options employed by Radius Housing and focussed on their successful Design and Build model which has proven to be popular and effective with developers, presenting an efficient and productive delivery solution for future housing. The Radius Housing team were joined by guest speakers Darren Costello, Managing Director, Silverwood Property Developments Ltd; Dermot O'Hagan, Lead Partner, JNP Architects and Vincent Bradley, Commercial Director BW Homes and Construction Ltd, who gave an overview of their own experiences of working with the Association on Design & Build projects.
