Without the dedication and cooperation of the company's loyal workforce Ramsey Bakery could not provide the Island with the unrivalled service of delivering its quality products throughout the Isle of Man on a daily basis. Although Ramsey Bakery has been established since 1972 it is worth stating that many of the team have been with the company since the early days and several have given over twenty five years' service including the senior management. This continuity within the workforce is a major factor in ensuring that products are produced to a consistently high standard by a team of people who have been trained to meet the requirements of the modern food manufacturing facility at Ramsey Bakery.
