Rapid Mold Solutions, Inc. is an innovative, technologically sophisticated, full-service Tool & Die manufacturer and high-speed, precision, machine shop with global headquarters located in Erie, Pennsylvania founded in 1999 by Damian Kuzmin and Scott Borstorff. Rapid Mold Solutions started as a prototype tooling house serving primarily automotive OEMs with rapidly produced prototype tools for newly designed parts. As Rapid Mold Solutions proved its talents as a prototype tooling house, calls began to come in for production molds and so too did the evolution to the full-service shop it is today. Rapid Mold Solutions, Inc. now services a diverse customer base in a broad range of industries including the electrical, automotive, medical device, and consumer products sectors as well as a variety of metal products industries. Rapid Mold Solutions offers domestic and offshore, low cost country manufacturing options for our customers featuring in-house tool design and domestic project management of offshore projects as well as completed tool evaluations and tooling consults, mold repair and alteration services, and an array of machining services. Rapid Mold Solutions, Inc. works with its diversified customer base from early product development and prototyping through the manufacture of its final production parts. We maintain constant customer contact throughout the development of production parts and beyond, and we deliver tools on time.
