Some of which include but are not limited to the; CFPB, FDCPA, UCC, GLBA, SMCRA, NPPI, UDAAP, and all local and State Laws that pertain to Chapter 493 of the Florida Statues. Rapid Recovery Agency, Inc. requires every member of their staff to be educated, tested, and reviewed of all of these subjects. We are also members in good standing with the following organizations: American Recovery Association (ARA), the world's largest organization of professional Finance Adjusters and Repossession Specialists. This membership comes with a $5,000,000 Client Protection Bond, as well as continued education via webinars and annual meetings. Recovery Industry Services Company (RISC), an organization dedicated to providing services specific to the collateral recovery industry and advocate on behalf of all professional practitioners within the industry. RISC provides us with the latest industry trends and educational material for but not limited to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau(CFPB), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), Service Members Civil Relief Act (SMCRA), and Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Practices (UDAAP). Our entire staff are trained on all these laws and given a test bi-annually to ensure complete understanding of them. They also require their members to undergo an extensive background check and have a 3rd party company do an On-Site Inspection. Vendor Transparency Solutions (VTS) is a lender driven online compliance management system (CDM) that provides the highest level of transparency in the asset recovery industry. VTS conducts an annual screening that includes a detail inspection of every office and storage facility that our agency utilizes to operate our business. The screenings include a comprehensive on-site compliance inspection, background checks on all employees, verification of all corporate documents, verification of all educational certifications, lawsuits, bankruptcies, operational manuals, verification of all reported equipment and verification of proper insurance and bond coverage. Florida Alliance of Certified Assets Recovery Specialists (FLA CARS). This organization was established in 1985, which is the first State Association of Collateral Recovery Specialists. It was created to advocate for the rights of licensed Collateral Recovery Specialists. Our Management also sits on the Board of Directors for this Association and attends quarterly meetings held by the State of Florida. Both of our facilities are equipped with security cameras covering the full perimeter of our lot and offices, locked shredding bins for both paper and license plates, secured storage for personal property, locked filling cabinets, key lock boxes for all vehicle keys, password protection on all computers with an auto lock after 3 minutes of inactivity, and a strict clean desk policy that is checked nightly.
