Rapidtrack is designed to work with your outside sales channels. You can define any number of relationships between your business partners and your inside managers. Reports and queries are provided so you can manage your partner business with just a few clicks. Since Rapidtrack is web based, you and your partners can view the same data at the same time. Rapidtrack has an automated self-service web form for contacts to sign themselves up as new business partners. All you have to do is approve them and they can start logging into the system. How much time does it take to set up Rapidtrack? It really depends on how much existing data you want to put into the new system and what format it is in. Most installations take about 1 week. You can also expect a shake-out period which is used to tweak the system. How many users can access Rapidtrack? There is really no limit to the number of users that can access Rapidtrack. You control the adding or deleting of users. The system itself can expand or contract as needed. How is Rapidtrack priced? With Rapidtrack, you pay only for the user licenses you keep active. As you grow, you can easily add more users to the system. You can also deactivate users. The costs are calculated and billed monthly. Rapidtrack is about 1/5 th the cost of systems like Oracle or Siebel. And there is no hardware or software to buy. Is Rapidtrack easy to change? Rapidtrack was designed from the ground up to be easily modified. The system is essentially a database of rules. Each rule can be customized to meet your particular needs. And many of the system changes can be performed by your own administrator. Can Rapidtrack be private labeled? You can put a log in page right on your corporate web site and your people will think that Rapidtrack is part of your system. You don't even have to call it Rapidtrack.
