We are a leading search and selection operation focussing on Scandinavian markets. For the last 5 years our founder has provided headhunt and Search/selecction services to a number of prestegious clients in the Nordic region. We enjoy a number of close relationships within the Microsoft Partner network across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Our approach is different to our competitors. Although based in the UK, we try to apply a more laid back approach to our methods, in keeping with Scandinavian culture. However we also try to retain a certain element of the British "pushiness" when working to tight deadlines. We have found this mixed approach to be very successful, and has yeilded numerous successes over the years. We build and maintain long standing and mutually beneficial partnerships with both clients and candidates. We are proud to say we have 100% client retention, having never lost a client since signing them up. In addition to this most of our candidates we have placed have returned to us when seeking a new challenge. We believe this is because we don't just try to find people "jobs". We seek to place talented personnel in to organisations that will allow them to develop both professionally and personally. We believe that the key to long standing relationships are to place the right people in to the right roles at the right organisations for the stage of their career that they are currently at. This benefits all parties involved. We maintain satellite offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen on top of our base in Leeds, Yorkshire, and believe in dealing with issues face to face. Our consultants travel frequently across Scandinavia servicing clients both at their offices, and on site where requested.
