We believe in teamwork and in building from within. We are very proud of all of our associates and to our many leaders who started as entry level employees. At Ravitz Family Markets, we also believe in serving our community. It starts with our Community Leadership Program for Management. Our management employees are empowered to use their time to help. They are encouraged and expected to be active in our local community. Part of their job duties is to use their incredible talents to help others and to set an example for their team members. Our employees organize food drives, mentor troubled youth, and work to improve impoverished areas across our community. Ravitz Family Markets management employees also volunteer their time as members of boards of directors of nonprofit and governmental organizations, and lend their considerable expertise to community organizations as well. By promoting community service as a company-wide value, Ravitz Family Markets and its employees harness our collective efforts in ways that make a real and lasting difference in our community.
