Rawlins aims to ensure that our strategy and practice is designed to reduce the inequalities of outcome which result from socio-economic disadvantage. In particular, Rawlins aims to take positive action, supported by the 'pupil premium' to reduce and close the gaps in achievement and attainment between students from disadvantaged backgrounds and those of their more advantaged peers.
