Rayven Choi Films was formed in 2008 by screenwriter/producer Shequeta Smith. The company was developed to produce fun, smart, high concept projects using low to modest budgets. Based out of Los Angeles, Rayven Choi Films has already begun to make its multiple short films that have shown in festivals all over the world. Entrepreneurs at heart, Rayven Choi Films seeks to take a new approach to film production by using a hybrid business model designed to bridge the gap between the independent and studio film worlds. This hybrid model focuses on producing quality, independently financed projects that are readymade for distribution by major studios. Presently, Rayven Choi Films is in pre-production on its first feature film, "Rayven Choi," and is actively seeking investors to bring onto the project.
