Started in 2005 with 60 employees, since then RCC has grown to over 900 employees making it the largest employer in the country. RCC specializes in providing a range of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services to companies in the United States. We not only excel in providing Customer and Tech Support Services, Back Office Support but also Vertical Specific Services. RCC provides continuous training to its agents in both business and product knowledge, skills and expertise that are necessary to deliver the highest quality CC services.
