Residential Community Care

RCC was formed in 2008, by our Owner/President Tony Mitchell. Tony began his career in our field in 2001 by working for the Warren County Board of DD. Over the next seven years at WCBDD Tony gained valuable experience through being a Community Employment Supervisor as well as an Assistant Adult Services Director. On 6/15/2008 RCC began providing Residential services to individuals in Warren County. Over the next several years RCC began providing additional services in Transportation, Vocational Habilitation, and Day Habilitation. At Residential Community Care, it is our mission to provide the means to an independent life for individuals with developmental disabilities. We strive to teach the necessary skills for our individuals to become as independent as possible with staff that shows true compassion and dedication in their well-being. We ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment, whether it be in a home environment or at our vocational setting.
