What does it mean that the bandwidth is unlimited? We have numerous servers available, located in data centers in different parts of the world, with more than 100Mb of guaranteed bandwidth. This allows us to adopt a "flat rate" sales policy which is not tied to the purchase of bandwidth by the customer. The latter can then therefore make use of the maximum transmission speed available. The system will automatically take over the campaign at the date and time specified in the schedule without mailing queues. Support and training are free? Yes, support and training services regarding the use of the software are free and included in the service fee. Our technical staff offers assistance both via ticket or by telephone. The training courses are conducted in the classroom at our office or via Skype. Do you offer training on e-mail marketing also from a strategic point of view? Yes, our expert marketing and communications staff is also available to conduct training on how to improve e-mail marketing strategies (best times of delivery, choice of message, colors to be used, call to action, etc). In this case there is a fee for the courses.
