Reality IT Services, LLC was founded in 2005 by the IT Director of a large Boston law firm. The firm, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP, employed over 400 attorneys and over 800 in total at its peak. The experience of working at a firm in this capacity helps us to uniquely understand how firms work with technology and the challenges they face. With over 20 years of hands-on and IT business management experience, we believe that firms can use technology as the competitive equalizer without making unnecessary investments in staff or equipment.
