RealtyCom Partners, LLC was founded in 2006 by leaders from the telecommunications and multifamily industries. We leverage decades of experience, extensive understanding and established relationships within these two unique disciplines to represent apartment owners during telecommunications contract and exclusive marketing rights negotiations. Our business model is structured to deliver a full-service, long-term telecommunications asset management resource for apartment owners saving money, valuable time and generating the greatest ancillary revenue possible. As clients' portfolios change over time through the expiration of agreements, acquisitions, sale and new construction of properties, we continue to provide ongoing guidance, management and negotiation services to best leverage the telecommunications contract rights and services for each community within a portfolio. By maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with local, regional and nationwide telecommunication service providers, we stay abreast of the ever-changing landscape of telco services and offerings which directly impact the value of a portfolio's contracts. This national presence ensures we can be the most effective when negotiating contracts across a portfolio and deliver the best possible contract terms. Our knowledge, skill-set and due diligence is proven. We currently represent about 400,000 units across 60 multifamily portfolios and we are consistently adding new portfolios to our client list. As of December 2011, RealtyCom generated more than $50 million in new revenue for our clients, net of fees.
