As Real Estate Auditing Services' (REAS) Senior Consultant, Tom Hoesch provides technical input on all audit issues related to the Landlord's method of operation, from accounting systems to building operations and how those impact the operating expenses being passed through to REAS' clients. His extensive background working for major Washington DC commercial real estate companies has provided invaluable knowledge and insight into REAS' lease audit process. He contributes over thirty years of experience and knowledge in commercial real estate management. Prior to becoming part of the REAS team, Tom was the Director of Real Estate Accounting Services for Beers & Cutler, providing consulting services to a wide array of real estate companies. Over the past twenty years, Tom also has held senior level positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Trizec Properties and The Rouse Company. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Towson University and is active in many professional associations.
