Red.es is a public corporate entity under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation (MINECO) that reports to the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (SEDIA). We develop programmes to boost the digital economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, providing training for young people and professionals and supporting SMEs by promoting the efficient and intensive use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We also deploy technology implementation programmes in the public services of the Administration -especially in Health, Justice and Education-, and we are working towards the development of Smart Cities and Islands. Many of the projects that we carry out at Red.es are made possible thanks to funding from the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
