Redbone Trucking, Inc. was founded by Al Jones in 2005. After coming into the business as a driver and teacher, Al knew he had found his passion and wanted to get more involved in the transportation industry. He believed that by establishing a positive work environment, bringing together a team of highly qualified and committed people, and focusing primarily on the satisfaction of his customers, Redbone Trucking Inc. could thrive. With just one truck, and a small operation out of Al's basement, the company found its beginnings. Hard work and dedication allowed Redbone Trucking to grow its fleet to over 25 late model trucks and 13 air ride 53 foot trailers with high end refrigeration units, and to employ over 40 employees. From the beginning, we have made it a priority to bring on board the finest drivers. We take pride knowing that our customers goods are transported by experienced and safe drivers who love what they do. Our driver pool is ever evolving. What started out as only 1 driver has grown to include dozens of solo and team company drivers as well as owner operators. Customer satisfaction is instilled as a priority in all of our drivers and we pride ourselves in delivering goods on-time and in excellent condition to 48 states. After recognizing a great opportunity, Al expanded his business into the transportation service industry when he founded Redbone Diesel, LLC in 2010. As companies that work side by side, Redbone Trucking and Redbone Diesel are able to ensure that the trucks and trailers receive the maintenance and attention necessary to continue to meet the primary goal of the company, customer satisfaction.
