Redbrick Partners is a diversified real estate investment management and development firm. We focus on using actionable research in order to appropriately direct and validate our investment and development decisions. Founded in 2002, Redbrick Partners specializes in opportunistic and value-added residential, multifamily and mixed-use projects with a focus on the Washington DC metro market, although we also invest selectively in yield producing projects in other markets. Redbrick's leadership team has significant experience in the acquisition and repositioning of existing projects, the entitlement and ground-up development of new projects, and the financial and legal structuring of transactions to maximize returns while mitigating risks for investors. Since 2000, Redbrick's team members have closed on residential real estate transactions of more than $800 million in value.
