Red Star Studio

Red Star is a 3D animation and CGI effects studio based in Sheffield, England. We specialise in producing bespoke film content for 4D visitor attractions worldwide. Red Star 4D creates great family entertainment experiences for 4D Theatres in theme parks and visitor attractions as well as historical and informative film content for museums and heritage venues. We have extensive experience in creating visuals in stereoscopic 3D incorporating "4D" effects (wind, smoke, etc), across multiple or curved screens as well as motion simulation "ride film" experiences. We work closely with venues to develop original film concepts around their theming or subject matter. We then use CGI animation, sometimes blended with live action film footage, to create dazzling 3D visuals that encorporate 4D effects to immerse the audience in the action. Red Star 4D is a part of Red Star Studio, who also create 3D animation and CGI effects for TV and film productions, as well as print, advertising and corporate promotions.
