In 1993, CompuClaim was a small startup focused on helping school districts in Rhode Island simplify and maximize their claiming processes. From initial success, we evolved and grew, and now Relay is available in more than 20 states and growing. For more than three decades, CompuClaim has expanded our software and services but one thing remained steadfast, our promise to serve as the Medicaid liaison for each district we work with. In 2022, CompuClaim rebranded to Relay to better reflect the complexity of documenting student services and ensure compliant Medicaid reimbursements.
