Believing that training and education are an integral part to exceptional workmanship and professionalism, R. E. Newcomb requires all apprentices to attend an accredited four year Apprenticeship Program through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) - Chesapeake Chapter, a government recognized program. Our team is expected to be skilled, qualified and proficient in the field.
