Repsol Sinopec Resources UK is a global oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. It is one of Canada's largest independent oil and gas company, and was founded in 1992 by the renaming of BP Canada Ltd. Prior to the renaming, British Petroleum (now, BP) sold off its 57% stake in the company to the public.
