RES Success

Since 1994, RES SUCCESS has provided day service programs for adults with cognitive impairment, autism, and other developmental disabilities. Although we serve the full developmental spectrum, many of our participants are also diagnosed with mental health conditions. Such individuals often slip through the cracks in the healthcare system and are warehoused in state institutions. We have proven there is a better way. Our motto, and the job description of every person at RES SUCCESS, is "instilling dignity and respect for greater independence. This is the cornerstone of our training, our thinking, and our actions; this philosophy is the foundation of our success. The community recognizes the value of our approach; our waiting list ranges from 50 to 75 in a given year. To help address this, we are expanding our programs by opening a brand new facility in Hercules.
