It also provides analytics tools for a “multisided assessment of company activity.” RetailCRM claims its platform is used by no fewer than 700 large and medium-sized companies for the e-commerce and traditional retail sectors. No less than 500 million rubles (approximately $1 million) of orders are processed by the platform monthly.
