RG Gold is developing Raygorodok, a gold deposit located in Burabay District in the Aqmola Region that is one of the largest in Kazakhstan. Currently, RG Gold processes 2 Mtpa of oxide ore from the N...orth and South Raygorodok pits using the heap leach method. A newly built carbon-in-leach (CIP) plant is expected to start processing 5.0 Mtpa of sulfide ore from the 3rd quarter of 2022. The existing operation employs approximately 800 own personnel, in addition to more than 300 people employed by various contractors. Furthermore, RG Gold is a socially responsible company with a heightened focus on the safety of its employees and that of the entire operation as a whole.
