Reliant Healthcare is a specialty and infusion pharmacy located in Monroe, Louisiana. We were founded in 2008 by four business partners from the healthcare industry with an overall mission to improve patient outcomes by providing exceptional personalized service and strengthening the continuity of care between the patient, physician and clinical support team. We provide quality clinical solutions to patients, clinics and payors. Our primary services include disease-specific pharmacy services and dispensing, disease management, clinical-outcomes tracking and reporting, and specialized pharmacy solutions. Our staff has a wide range of clinical expertise and understands the value of personalized service. Reliant Healthcare's patient care team is comprised of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, registered nurses, reimbursement specialists and patient care coordinators.
