Master Mark Plastics ("Manufacturer") warrants that its Rhino Deck products are manufactured from recycled wood and high density polyethylene plastic, and will not rot, split, splinter, check, or suffer structural damage from fungal decay or termites for a period of 20 years under normal use and conditions. The Rhino Deck 20 year warranty is completely transferable but claims must be made within the 20 year time limit beginning from the date of original purchase, and must be transferred to a buyer of the property where the Rhino Deck products were originally installed. Your Rhino Deck MUST be registered online at www.rhinodeck.com to receive this warranty. Without registration, your deck will not be covered under this warranty. Manufacturer replacement is for Rhino Deck products only, with the first 10 years being non-prorated, and the second 10 years being prorated on a straight line depreciating basis, at manufacturer's option. Manufacturer's warranty applies to only Rhino Deck products. Manufacturer is not liable for labor or other expenses incurred by purchaser. Monies paid shall not exceed the actual purchase price by the purchaser of the Rhino Deck products. Purchaser acknowledges that Rhino Deck is not structural lumber and therefore it may not be used as such. Purchaser is responsible for the application of Rhino Deck product, and if application of product meets building codes for areas. (Rhino Deck has building code approval ICC-ER-6134). Rhino Deck is not responsible for, and warranty will not be covered for: (1) improper installation of, and failure to follow Rhino Deck's installation guidelines; including but not limited to spacing; (2) mold or mildew; (3) misuse of Rhino Deck or improper storage, handling, abuse or neglect of Rhino Deck by purchaser or transferee; (4) termite damage which does not affect the product; (5) improper use of Rhino Deck resulting from the product not being used according to building/safety codes; (6) acts of God (such as flooding, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, lightning, etc.); (7) color change or fading of Rhino Deck products; (8) any shift, movement, distortion, or settling of the ground upon which Rhino Deck products are installed; (9) normal wear and tear.
