Rhino neither makes, nor offers nor shall Rhino be liable to BUYER for any express or implied warranties with respect to the performance of Labor personnel or Rhino's services. Rhino shall not be regarded as a guarantor with respect to any work product provided to Buyer. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby waived by BUYER. LABOR IS PROVIDED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THEY ARE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE BUYER.
