Riaktr was co-founded in 2009 by Sébastien Deletaille (age 33) and Loïc Jacobs van Merlen (age 34). Backed by first class investors (Fortino, Endeit, GIMV), the fast growing Belgian scale-up creates and distributes proprietary software that generates smart recommendations for operational teams. Today, Riaktr end users are channel management teams and network investment teams. Riaktr works with six out of the ten biggest telecom operators in the world.
