RICO was created in 1978 in Castelfidardo (AN). Today the production plant has an extension of 20.000 sqm. Thanks to the past forty years of experience RICO has now collected all the necessary know how that is employed in the several available departments: RICO can manage perfectly all the production processes, starting from prototype development up to the serial production. RICO can also develop and manufacture in-house all the necessary equipments needed for the production and control processes. In this way RICO can always grant highest efficiency and reaction both in the production and in the modification of existing products. RICO is located in a central area of Italy, highly connected to the rest of th country and to the rest of the world: its strategic location allows RICO to produce directly for the main automotive OEM in the world (among them Audi, Volkswagen, Lamborghini, Bugatti) and supplying the biggest industrial corporations. Since 2005 RICO has been part of the research center named CUBIT Consortium, having a resident engineer woking fully at the University of Pisa, carrying out tests and research on current and new products.
