Riess Appraisals, Inc. was established in 1973 by Frank G. Riess, SRA. The company has since grown into the leading provider of quality residential appraisals in the Mid-Hudson Valley. The staff of seven full-time New York State Licensed and Certified appraisers is experienced in appraising all types of residential properties. The majority of the staff is Certified to produce appraisals for the Federal Housing Authority, (FHA). Our in-house underwriting staff reviews each file individually and coordinates its delivery to the client. We provide EDI service, faxed advance copies and priority mailing of the reports dependent upon which best serves our client. The combined exceptional experience of the appraisal staff, our diligent review process and the use of the most current technology available ensures that Riess Appraisals Inc. will continue to produce the best quality appraisals available.
