Ringostat helped us address the key challenge-to understand where the calls were coming from. After just 2 months of use we were able to identify the share of each advertising channel in the total number of calls we were receiving from our running campaigns. We're still using Ringostat today to track customer satisfaction and service quality and to evaluate new advertising channels.
