We are a privately held company with our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. This serves as an administrative location with all daily distribution activity occurring at each branch. Each day our branches receive material from our vendors and ship it to our customers' warehouses, job sites, or building center locations. Our branches are responsible for sales, logistics of material delivery, billing, payables, credit and inventory management. To continue our growth plan, we have developed a Management Training Program to train new employees in all aspects of our sales and operations fields. Our 5 year strategic plan is to build a national network of branches managed by a strong Regional Vice President Team, to lead our entrepreneurial branch manager focused organization.
