In 1974, Ritchie-Curbow was one of the first construction firms to offer a design/build option. Our company formed an alliance with Butler Manufacturing, the premier pre-engineered metal building systems manufacturer, providing new building options for clients. And in the early '90s, Ritchie-Curbow turned another innovative corner by constructing the first pre-cast parking facility on the Peninsula. Today the company is headed by Joseph C. Ritchie, Jr., President; Carl M. Beale, Vice President of Operations and Gene W. Wilson, Vice President of Preconstruction. In 2005, these three principals purchased the company from its founder. Under their leadership, Ritchie-Curbow Construction continues to build high-rise office complexes, sports complexes, parking decks, hotels, churches and many other commercial and industrial facilities in our community.
