Founded in 1948, Roanwell Corporation specializes in manufacturing headsets, handsets, microphones, earphones, cords, harnesses, and accessories for military and commercial communications markets. The acquisition of Absolute Manufacturing continues Roanwell Corporation's continual growth and expansion program. Other recent growth includes the January 2012, long term sales and marketing agreement with DGM4Parts, www.dgm4parts.com, a New Jersey-based contract manufacturer of wire harnesses, electro-mechanical box building, sign engraving and painting. In addition, DGM4Parts holds over twenty franchised distributor lines offering integrated electronic components and connectors. DGM4Parts has served the military electronics, semiconductor, medical instrumentation, and elevator markets for more than thirty-two years. With their recent acquisitions, management is now focused on growing its diversified manufacturing group via operating initiatives that are expected to complement and diversify existing business lines.
